Now that I have made the decision to hold it at the Sheffield Botanical Gardens, It would be clearly be best in the spring/summer time because there is a greater chance for better weather and there are many bank holidays and the six week holidays where people are off more willing to come out and about to visit theses type of events.
Quite an easy design to make as to the exact date, who could tell yet, I think I will make this decision closer to the presentation.
