Chinese Cusine

Food and drink or the cuisine of the each country is a major part of the culture and history. It's also an area that has a hell of a lot of scope for ideas with design in mind. Think about all the different Asian cuisines out there and Britain's love for them but I'm sure our versions of these national dishes are very different from the original.

The Eight Cuisines of China, Shandong and Guangdong
The eight cuisines of China are a few out of many different types. The factors that distingish them from each other are things such as the area, the culture, the climate and life styles.

Shandong Cuisine
Hunan Cuisine
Sichuan Cuisine
Jiangsu Cuisine
ZheJiang Cuisine
Anhui Cuisine
Fujian Cuisine
Guangdong Cuisine
I never realisde how many diferent and diverse cusines there was in china. There is one common theme with every one of them and that is their fresh vibrant colour, they also look sweet in tatse. Another thing to take note is how they are so different from an English interpretation. Some of the dishes look quite appetising whilst others seem a little unusual for my taste.
